Registration
Registration 2008 – 2009
The deadline for registrations for the 2008 – 2009 season is August 15, 2008. A non-refundable deposit of $175.00 and complete uniform payment will be required at registration. There will be a $75.00 late fee for any returning player who registers after the assigned date. Registrations can be submitted one of three ways:
1. By fax: (484) 573-1777
2. By email: scan forms and send to cougarhockey@comcast.net
3. By mail: Springfield Ice Hockey Club, P.O. Box 5276, Springfield, PA 19064
