Registration 2010 – 2011

The deadline for registrations for the 2010 – 2011 season is September 1, 2010.  A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 and complete uniform payment will be required at registration.

Registrations can be submitted one of two ways:

1. By email: scan forms and send to cougarhockey@comcast.net

2. By mail: Springfield Ice Hockey Club, P.O. Box 5276, Springfield, PA 19064
